Sincere thanks to all who took the time to listen and comment!

Tommy and Bruno and Hook...so glad to hear it generated intended imagery and transported you elsewhere if even for only 2 minutes. NAF's tend to speak to something deep within us.

Blooby:  I could have recorded the crickets here at my cabin and probably should have...but alas, it was not the case. I did record the Spring Peepers last year tho and am saving that for just the right tune someday. They were deafening!

Geir: If you really are considering getting a NAF, check out Odell Borg's flutes. They are total eye candy and tuned to keys and spot on.   www.highspiritsflutes.com   They are really easy to play.

Mr Bud...The Forest is indeed my church and it sounds as tho you are on the same page. We are all Nature.

Thanks again folks...

The hook brings you back

Those flutes are awesome. Like bird or owl calls. But the whole thing is beautiful - you definitely find the spirituality of the land in your music. Just feels 'right'... deep and profound. Excellent work my friend - always a pleasure to listen.

Lol, great stuff Pine. Very imaginative. I live in a very rural area of Vancouver Island and can relate.
I love to sit outside and just listen. The flutes add a south american flavor.

Oh this gives me so much pleasure! I had the opportunity to buy a Native American Flute and didn't, mainly because I preferred singing, but still regret it. Oh and you play them so well :D

I've sung Cwy, Amazing Grace in Cherokee, if you'd like a listen https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=20261.msg249041#msg249041

It is easy to hear that you were inspired by the nature when you wrote this! I can almost imagine being
somewhere in the Northern Appalachian! Extremely well captured atmosphere!

Enjoyable and relaxing listening!

Didn't think i would see this hop back onto the front page...but i need to say thanks for the kind words...Tim, Kari, Alex, Glenn, and Hilary...it seems that you all "got it"

Glenn...Vancouver Island? wow...i have dreamed of visiting the PNW all my life..your world is so different from here and so very very beautiful. Hope i get to see it before i can't.

Hilary...Your version of Amazing Grace in Cherokee is absolutely wonderful. You have such a lovely voice...great pitch control and tone. You did a bang up job on that...that low harmony part gave me goose bumps...almost a drone effect. Awesome. Thanks for sharing!
