Was the beginning guitar fuller sounding due to proximity effect, or did you just EQ it differently?

Blooby:   It was a proximity issue as i recall. I think i used a condenser mic on the intro and the guitar and flute leads, but a dynamic mic on the rhythm track, where proximity is an even bigger issue than with a condenser. I think perhaps the rhythm guitar volume should have come up a bit (or the flutes down) in hindsight...but it's like pulling teeth for me to go back into a song after i finish it...a very bad habit which highlights my lack of patience in general.
