This was a song Jim(old rottenhead) posted a few days ago.
I asked him to let me loose on it as I felt it deserved to be opened up as it was a nice wee song.

 Cheers guys and jim for letting me loose on this.
Jim supplied me with the drums and the vocal and I put two Electric guitars,one bass,and two keyboards on it.
I then added the backing vocal.
It morphed a couple of times,there was originally a lead guitar intro but  I opted for the keyboard in the end as it added a solemness and bit of ambiance to the song.
Some songs click instantly with me when I hear them and this was one of them.

hi guy,
when I did the mix for this yesterday I had the mother of all Migraines but was wanting to get it out to jim.
listening back today I realised there was something missing in the mix regarding jims vocals and drums ,they weren't clear enough for me and the instruments needed fine tuning to sit in the mix.
hope this is better ,Id appreciate comments on the mixes but I really feel this sits much better.

The original version had its own charm (I really dug the jangly bits on that one), but I can't help to be sucked into the fantastic production going on here. The subtle "ooh's" got me on this as well.
