They're not very old, fighting for their country.

Repeat the much told tales of when they were heroes
We were fighting for the King
And dying didn't mean a thing
Except to the widows

And so we watched them all pass
And tried to raise a laugh, that sounded just like choking
So we waved all our flags
And packed up all our bags
And left the boys just hoping

Fab song. That extended intro (and the outro reprise of it) is so delicious, and then those beautiful understated electro-disco synths kick in. Definitely one of your best. So well balanced and performed.
