Here's my take on the Tim Buckley song, performed beautifully in 1983 by This Mortal Coil and the stunning vocal of Liz Fraser (Cocteau Twins).

Just me, my Hofner Verythin, and some AniMoog synth (a great Moog synth App).

Been wanting to do this one for years  :)

Wow, Tim, super brave to take on a Liz Frazer vocal.  I very briefly considered some of the Cocteau Twins songs and quickly thought better of it for that reason.

What a great job though, dreamy guitar and lovely singing.

Superb :)

Sure I have heard this song before, although a lot of that could be due to your excellent take on it sounding so familiar.

Love the ping pong panning on the guitar, especially when listening on cans and the synth provides a perfect further delicate layer floating over the top.

As for the vocal.......Wow!!

This has you clicking play again after each listen.

Listened to this earlier on headphones, the bouncing echo is epic, made me quite hypnotised and spaced out :-)
A really super job with this - your vocals are outstanding.

Beautifully done - I'm quite familiar with the Tim Buckley versions as well as the This Mortal Coil version, and this reminds me a bit of each here and there, along with the ever-present magic Greeny touch.

Love the guitar and your vocal is really quite poignant. A real stunner!
