I give the edge to this more produced version. It's still immediate, but everything is clearer, with the greater control that comes with mixing flexibility. The lyrics hit harder, the instruments leave deeper impressions. Don't get me wrong, I also like the live version, but at the end of the day I'm more of a record kind of guy.
