Heres the story  ;D
When I was playing years ago in a working mans club we where shown the dressing room
and we all bundled in to get ready for coincidently was one of the worst gigs of my life.
Too many things to go into but basically we were too young music wise for that club.
in the dressing room I was amazed to see all these lipstick lip marks all over the wall, high
above the table etc.
I quizzed the guy and he told me that before "The strippers went on" as he put it,they put the lipstick on heavy
then kiss the wall to make the mark and get rid of the excess as well as making a cool signature that they were there.
I then put this story together about a girl being stuck in this line of work from memory of a documentary
with some girl saying she hated it but needed the job and I thought it was all a bit sad.
lyric to follow but it basically tells of a girl going through the motions and tricking the audience into thinking
she loves it.
music by chunk,I added the guitar and wrote  and sang the lyrics.
thanks dudes.

Lipstick of everyone that's been there in the hall.
She's thinking,it's like a painting a collage full of broken dreams.
She puts her contribution and slowly walks away into the light.
She's feeling ,open that door I could be out of here.
I could run but that wouldn't get me any where.
And the crowd are shouting out her name
As she walks into the hall
Welcome ,I'm here for you
Come and see what I have for you
She smiles away like an actor does
Everybody thinks she loves what she does
Ohhhhhh
Lipstick,that lipstick on the wall
She can hear that hall
She can hear them all.

Another nice add Kenny. Love the compression on the vocal. Considering I only posted the the music earlier today/yesterday, that was bloody quick work. Well done.

Redler

Very nice additions and really good vocal/lyric! Guitars puts nice flavor to this!

Thanks for sharing the story behind lyrics!

Tangled Wires

You always seem to be able to weave you vocal magic into many styles of music Kenny, and make it fit in so seamlessly that it gives the impression that the music was build around the vocal and subject matter, rather than the other way around.

Great vibe to this and loved the bit at 1.41 mark when the intensity suddenly increased with those big anthemic guitars and drums kicking in and your vocal following suit.

Interesting ending with that heavy breathing too....liked it!

Another collaboration of the highest quality, very well done gents.
