You put the order in wrong, it has to be standing at the crossroad.....

Just checked the post and my mike has finally arrived! Gonna go have a quick play before taking the kids out for the day. Fun  ;D

Ran out of time to play  :( So far, sounds great on vocals using vocal delay 1, but not so good on the acoustic, tried ag low cut and the compression presets. Recording in stereo, was not close miked, maybe need to lower sensitivity and/or input? Any hints welcome, some of you guys have had these things for a while, share your experience and save me hours of fiddling please  ;D

Location is everything-i kept moving them around until i found the sweet spot-it was about 10-12 inches away almost directly in front of the sound hole-using my 12 string

I just cannot make this thing sound good miking the acoustic :( Strings aint helping, they are cheapies, but the built in mike sounds better to me. Fair bit of hiss too, have to use NR, which I dont need with the built in. Sounds better when I have it a couple of feet away from the soundhole, but lose a lot of the resonance that way. What the hell am I doing wrong? Frustrating as I am used to balancing the MBR on my knee and knocking out a decent sounding acoustic piece  :'(

i wonder if they're defective-i'm gonna try put mine thru the paces later today-i have hardly used them-see if i can recreate the problem
