Growing up in north London and going to a catholic school, I had many great Irish friends, and have many memories of drunken shin-digs with a band playing this kind of music at the back. I can hear the clinking of guiness glasses. I also remember the thick head in the morning :-) this put a huge smile on my face, and brought back some fine memories :-)
