was too much of a long shot to get this in the remotefest, was gonna say it was about my love for Kos  ;D. this took a while to learn and my intention was to record it when i got back home in a quieter environment. But i gave my ukelele to a waiter at the alikes restaruant in tingaki on the last night of our holiday. i played this there but never recorded it, the waiter asked for a go on my uke and played it much better than me, so i told him to keep it.

anyway a very noisy version of "everybody knows that i love you" by the divine comedy, live in the verandah @ the marianna apartment hotel tingaki kos.

i think in an earlier post i said that the pic there was the last ever photo of harold, but it is this one.

Great song, nice run you got going on there, I'm very impressed! I love the noise but that's probably no surprise. & that seems to have been a very inspiring verandah.

this is the first outing for my new uke "martin" he is much quieter than harold and still struggles to stay in tune for a complete song. my fat fingers and martin's narrower fretboard means there are a higher proportion of bum notes than you got from harold.

Martin sounds great, and the song (and interpretation too) is delicious.
