Don't get a lot of time at the moment, managed to get a vocal down last night on this.  Was listening to a lot of early ZZ Top when this first came about.

Got lulled in by the first minute of what sounded like a band jamming, and then bang, in it comes with that grooving repeating riff and superb lower key menacing straight ahead vocal delivery.

Was that a Hammond (or effect) coming in at 2.45? What ever it was, it sounded wicked.

There are loads of interesting twists and turns throughout the song, keeps you interested and intrigued as to where it's heading next.

Can't really compare this to much else, it kind of creates it's own genre.

Superb stuff!

It's one of the keyboard sounds in GarageBand, Heavy Metal Organ I think, from memory.

That band jamming thing was a late addition.  I'd recorded a solo and didn't have a use for it, so I chopped it up and used it over a keyboard part as a intro.  Hitherto it had gone straight into the song, which sounded a bit abrupt.
