Music for a starry night

Very nice indeed - great change of pace. Just needs to lose that metronome. Or change it to a simple bass/snare combo. But for unaccompanied acoustic I'm sure you could keep time without a click track.

Cheers,

Wow thanx everyone.... glad I posted it, I wasn't sure I was going to...
As for the click: Well I'm beginning to agree with BB and Ferryman, tho' it's not really a click. Just me laying in bed and alternately hitting the mattress  and my tummy. I thought it was a nice effect to begin with, but now it's getting a bit annoying.

And Greeny well I'm not that new to my MBR. I've had it for more than a year, but the first song i posted was one of my earliest recordings. Now i have some 50-100 recordings with ideas, full songs and some coversongs just for fun.

Take care and thanx again for the positive feedback.

Awesome! Definitely has an outdoorsy feel, reminds me of sleeping in the woods.  Great job!

This is what we are talking about when we say a great BUMP...........thats flipping beautiful guitar playing Geir.  It literally sounds like 2 or 3 guitars playing at the same time...one of the first things we had from Geir.........welcome Geir, great first post

Very nice and......starry like. The acoustic sounds good as does your playing. As for the percussion sound......it could go and the song wouldn't miss it at all. Nice work!

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

Yeah, I love the ambiance this track has. Good playing, good vibe. The click almost sounds like a skip on vinyl to me. Kind of cool at first but more annoying as it went along. That being said, it didn't detract from me liking that guitar playing at all.

I like how the lead got increasingly more complex and fluttery as the song went on. You create such lushness with just acoustic guitar - I dig it a lot.
