Im not very happy with Boss repair service.

My headphone jack started playing up so I took it into my music shop who returned it to boss for repars. One whole week without him .  Went to pick it up yesterday, opened it up and there were three screws missing and one was loose so that the casing was all open.

It has to go back again, another week without and a totally pissed off customer
