another song from the project Stolen Words (by the POSC Project)
the poem is TRAGEDY George William ("AE") Russell (1867-1935). Collected Poems by p.e , 1913.
I made the music and the arrangement in BIAB and Logic, and the voice is that of my daughter Bianca.
I hope the result of the sung text in english not appear too weird
Greetings  to James, Alfred and to all of you

I did not expect the pace of the music to be as it was given the title, but I really enjoyed listening to what you put together. Lovely vocals and arrangement :)

Speed Demon

Very nicely done. Fine instruments and vocal work. Reminds me of Duke Ellington.

Well done!

There is room for all of God's creatures.
Right next to my mashed potatoes.

This is so cool!  Nice and smooth arrangement like swing era.  The brass arrangement and solo instruments are ver realistic sounding and Bravo on your daughter's voice.  Very nice!

Very sweet jazzy feel, here!! Great music and Bianca's voice sounds so good! The upright bass is so well done, sounds to a real one!

Wonderful feeling in this song! Love that lazy way to sing. Very cool!

Oldrottenhead

bellissimo, not enough hours in the day for me of late, so playing catch up, again.

in particular as a father of two daughters (who both have great singing voices but refuse to be recorded), i am especially jealous.
