Not been able to get this better - will have to wait till I get home.  New project idea - As are the words?  Not sure about that.  Impractical to record vox where I am now.

So a work in progress  - a bit rough round the edges - but I somehow quite like it and really need to move onto a couple of other ideas before I forget them.

Have listen and think of me.  Best wishes to you all

I was struck by the almost-saxophone tone of your electric guitar on this, and I also dig where the melody starts to sound like it's in an Eastern scale. Cool! If you choose to go back to it, I'd be interested to hear where it goes next.

I like the title a lot. That lead line has a wondering quality and a bit of thickness to it that makes it ride on top of, or give weight to the music under it. Sounds good.

Oh well ........

Hook

Really interesting and avant  guardish, it reminds me if Marc Ribot who is one of my faves. Love that tone and your rather restrained playing & that bend at the end was super cool!
Rock on!

Just for interest - this is my slightly deranged abstract and  unfinished poem for the theme of this project

Winds of Change

You see the past go, flashing by,
White coated men scream, it's a lie,
Deranged girl, holds a broken toy,
Do winds of change, only destroy?

Is it time?  Is it time?

Not yet!  Not yet!  Not yet!

Still standing, Still there,
Would any other way, be just as fair,
Bones break, Hearts too,
Changes nothing, changes you,

Is it time?  Is it time?

Not yet!  Not yet!  Not yet!

Locked in halls of fame and infamy,
Stand crooked, rich and greedy men,
You and I just stand and gaze,
Dazzled by celebrity.

And the past, is gone
White coats, are soiled
While, the angry woman,
Buries, her damaged pride

Is it time?  Is it time?

Maybe!  Maybe!  Maybe!

Winds of change, destroy the now,
Bygone remains, imprinted deep,
The woman lays, with her lost child,
Wakes from the dream, and haunted sleep,

It's time! Its time!

It's time!  It's time!  It's time!

For winds of change

Hey old dude!! ;)

Glad to see you're still doing music.  Nice jam.  As you said, it needs more but a nice foundation.  Looking forward to hearing the finished product whenever.
