I would say that the melody and phrasing is definitely reminiscent of Beefheart. The musical accompaniment is a bit odd. But then anything beefheart would be by definition, right? Not odd in the playing, just in the juxtapostion. Like the dead poet Angelou said, You can't use up creativity. The more you use the more you get. (or something like that.)

I really like the sound of the Kalimba. Your voice suits this kind of music.

Well, I couldn't sit through a whole concert but I could appreciate one or two, the same as Beefheart.  WIllie

Thanks for listening everyone......LOL willie seeing as how Im really shy and don't actually play in front of anyone the chances of you having to sit through a whole concert are quite minimal...but as Im primarily an Artist of the Conceptual Type....ie Im not as drastic as Damian Hirst but.....have been jotting down ideas for my first gig....mmm lets see..I cant be having people standing up after three songs, will have to devise some type of mechanism that locks the audience into their seat, Diagrams and some crazy songs to follow.....and now for my encore....
