"Eye Level" a Hook original

I've had a few in the works over the last week and just now getting to finish them. Since I set up GHS (GuerillaHook Studios) in side while the family is away I unpacked the MXL 990 condenser & tried out the phantom power, it works.

Great song Hook, the drums sound really good and some nice variation on patterns throughout.

This has a real strong melody created by the Uke and bass, and the slightly languid vocal suits perfectly the mood created by the music.

The melodica parts just top it all for me.

Ooh... this is really sweet. Got a slight Mariachi vibe from those beautiful uke chords and runs. Great composing and performance alike. Playful yet deep. Love it.
