Following the launch party of the 7th henwrench album 'Satan At The Oars' (cup of tea and a Mr Kipling chocolate slice), work commenced almost immediately on the next. Ah, the beauty of no band members, no tour and no record label....

It's a masterpiece. The combination of the sweet arpeggios and that sledgehammer bass is brilliant. The laughing ambience and xylophone additions are cool as fuck too. What a lyric!

Henwernch you should be touring, I'd rent the first seats ! Imagine performing this live with a bunch of ladies singing harmonies...

I'm listening with decent ear-cans and the sound is just fabulous, the next album is always the best one !

I dig the repetition of this hypnotic groove. It melds perfectly with a spot on vocal.
You mixes are always impeccable and clean.

Pro stuff my man.

Reminds me of Maxwell's Silver Hammer

with a hammer! I love the attitude in the vocal which suits the lyric perfectly. And the dual single note guitar lines work so well together. I'd never have thunked of that, but it works great.
