Have been getting to know my new Dean Bocca 12-string and this is the first recording project with it.  It ain't a Rickenbakker but you can buy 4-5 guitars at the price point of the Bocca vs the cost of one Ric...  :D
Amazing how much more sustain it has than my acoustic 12.

Guitars, bass, drums and vocals recorded and mixed on 12 tracks in Sonar and mastered on the M-BR.

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Nice one hooper! The Dean Bocca 12 sounds great. It seems to have a slightly darker sound compared to the Rics but it still has a good jingle jangle to it and as you mentioned, it's 1/5th the price. Your vocals are real impressive here. The Byrds aren't an easy group to copy vocally and you've done it with class and style!

Love it!

Absolutely gorgeous vocal harmonies, and your Dean Bocca 12 has some great jangle - it sounds fantastic. Super-clean song production, too (which is not surprising, considering)  :) Well done, hooper!

Classic hooper!

Played and sung flawlessly, recorded beautifully, produced perfectly. Just sublime.

And your new guitar sounds delightfully jangly.

Wonderful cover of one of my favourite bands. Superbly mixed and played. This will get a lot of plays in my house. Willie

Exquisite lushness. This is so beautifully done. As always, a production masterclass, and those harmonies are sweet as honey. Really love the sound of that guitar - a wise purchase. It's giving me jumping jack flash GAS GAS GAS!

Stunning track.
