thanks everyone tried to upload song last night really late.....will have to find out too do it because if I all my songs will be text based...and I think that is called poems......might work though Ill write the words everyone sings them and and adds music then we mix them together...and like Magic....something happens...seriously thanks for the welcoming messages...I will find out how to upload...eventually it might end up on a site about bookmaking.....catch you later everyone..John aka taffsdad

Sounds like you want to start a collaboration though. There is a 'collaborations' thread in the 'post your work' section. That's where people can post lyrics & parts of songs for other people to work on.

I worry a bit sometimes, because not everything posted gets volunteers to help. It just depends on whether people feel they have the time or required skills to offer. So don't get disheartened if you don't get lots of bites immediately. Everyone tends to be busier with their own songs. It's always worth putting it out there though.

hi Tim thanks for the info mate really enjoying the site so far some good people on here....also thanks for the collaboration info im not a great musician so just do what I do....experimental stuff would be my thing...I kinda like the look of Jemimas Kite from what I read on oldrotten heads page ...cant really go wrong can I Jemimas Kite OldrottenHead and a small appearance by the frozen in space blues singer .....sounds interesting time will tell...ps don't worry about no one collaborating with me Im quite capable of playing two or three instruments problem is[reverbnation][/reverbnation] they are all on the same guitar and sometimes in the same song  add in two different voices all from the same singer and you have some idea....maybe I could start a new thread where the songs are just text based and everyone adds there own tune.....a surreal blues band....ps sorry for waffling but its my fingers they sometimes type without me knowing....later my friend...Taffsdad aka wild willy holliday ask lucy about Arturo and me...:-)

Hi Bruno and Hilary I love the Sun goes up...got no idea how it got in the middle of my comment its not mine and not me singing or playing.....I wish it was ...Im a believer in Synchronicity so it will have appeared for some reason....just not sure what.....Ps most of my songs now are just made up when I play guitar...so often got no idea what Im singing....when I saw that you both liked the Sun goes up I thought to myself what a great phrase ...I cant remember singing it, so off I went to find the song ....and the phrase...took awhile, mmm now I have a dilemma..ps and its not that I cant spell dilemma...do I leave it embedded in my comment and hope everyone sees this explanation or do I delete it, try and follow up find the true singer of the song and explain whats happened.......got to get my thinking hat on...maybe a song ? the Sun Don't Shine here anymore..? or has that one been done before lol.....pps Ive probably pressed one of those buttons up above to see what it does or in this case may well have did....
