Not too long ago, I would say Q4 of last year, maybe around October, I posted something exactly like this; ten of my own songs, all my own work, all neatly ordered in a nice playlist ready to be reviewed. Since then, only one of those original ten songs has managed to survive throughout my musical growth, and I thought those first ten were *it*. Just goes to show how you never stop growing as a person or as a musician. These next ten may not even be close to being *it*, but the only way to find out is to share. These are the songs that I would (as of now) record into an EP which I have recently been offered the opportunity to do by a producer in Nashville. The time as of when is still tentative, but I would say roughly within the next year or two. In any case, I most humbly and kindly ask that you embark on a unique musical journey (lol) and have a listen through my playlist of demo songs. Please, if you feel like doing so, which I encourage but absolutely do not mandate since my own amount of peer-review could certainly use some help, review honestly. Tell me what you think, what could be done to help and what could be done to improve. I would like these songs to be as close to perfect as I can possibly get them, so don't be shy! Thanks again, kick*ss Songcrafters.org community.

My only thoughts on a name are currently "Inside Sunrise" for now, so feel free to elaborate on that.

Yes congrats Luke you deserve it. I'm glad All I Ever Do is Love You is on there, it's my favourite. I'll have a listen later.

Thanks Hilary  :). I don't think I'll ever be able to produce another recording of that song as solid and well-done as the first one again, but I'll certainly try.

Just get yourself in the right mindset and do it last - you'll be fine x

HI Luke over all I have felt all of your music to be good
what ive heard so far. its very tough to make it in the music business.
with all the competition today. but persistence and faith will
normally pay off. and that s what I hear and see in yourmusic.
I wish u the best. cheers NEIL.!1

Hi Luke – firstly you should be very proud of yourself, you've got 8 killer tracks there.

My only advice would be, don't put your life on hold waiting 2 years for the producer as at the end of the day people make promises they don't always keep. Make sure you have several options and still approach other people.

My favourite track, as you know, is All I ever do is love you (so good to see a vid of that btw!)

2nd favourite – I will live for you

What we call love – the electric guitar is way to high in the mix on the demo

You have a Christmas song on there (The date of our Life) – you might need an alternative, if it's not going to be released for Christmas

Congratulations, I think you are going to do REALLY well.

PS: I expect a free, signed copy :D

Thank you guys for the awesome compliments and advice. Neil, Thanks again main, I truly appreciate it. Hilary, I do see what you're saying about waiting 2 years. I will be heading off to college this fall for the start of my Freshman year and plan to balance the two as best I can, but no matter which way life takes me I always have a backup. As far as The Date For Our Life goes, I do have alternative lyrics relating to winter time instead of Christmas time. I have also been meaning to re-record What We Call Love for a while; I'll eventually get around to it, but thank you so so much. You always come through  :). And I will certainly send you a free, signed copy  :D ;)

Wow, I like date for our life right off. The guitar and the vocals, and the sound of the vox, too. Damn fine.
