KennyMac has been, not to subtly, hinting that he wanted me to cover this tune so, here you go brother. Actually this was a pretty important band for young Hook. I found there 1st CD (the best one!!!) in Peaches Records and bought it because the cover was really cool, I had never heard of them or their songs. I was floored by the immense creativity, musicianship & general off the wallness! Anyhow, love me some Giants! Saw them live once, smallish to mediumish venue, the John that plays guitar played 2 trumpets at the same time in harmony.... cool thing to see. This is LITLR on the Dp008.

fabulous. a personal favourite of mine too. the cd this is on "flood" was the second cd i ever bought not sure if i've heard their first one, but i loved flood.

This one fits you like a glove, man…strummy uke goodness, and I like the spareness of the arrangement which leaves plenty of room for your excellent vocals.

I needed this hook,I've had a bit of a hellish last 3 days and this song was just waiting to lift me right up of the ground my friend.
I've got a big grin from ear to ear,straight onto my phone man,,,,Ill be listening to this all day tomorrow .
Funny how things turn out ,I mentioned this a while back not thinking you were going to do it and I was right,it fits like a glove.
Sooooooo happy with this just the medicine I needed.
