I must be one of the few people in here who didn't have a Casio?! I kinda loathed keyboards and electronic noises back then, I guess it never even crossed my mind to want one. So the sounds don't resonate with me and induce any kind of nostalgia...

Having said that, what you've done with them here is perfect.

Btw, a "Casio VL-Tone 'Rock 1' rhythm" doesn't seem to sound that... er, "rock" does it!!

Never thought I would hear the king of comb-overs kick off a song.




Where to start with this...well those harmonies and melodic bass line initially really stood out to me straight away.

I love the repetitive "boring" keyboard sound, and the way is combines perfectly with the other musical parts.

Very clever that the third "boredom" in the verses descends into the minor key, it kind of perfectly emphasises the lyrics you are singing even more.

Seriously good this one!
