 Re: Guitar. It's a six string, but I eq'd it to highlight the highs as well as high passing the very bottom and I off-mic'd it (so it wasn't pointing at the guitar) which also lent a cool little feel to it.

re: Tune - I listened to a few tunes and then instead of picking just one, I just started playing something on the guitar. The chord progression isn't nearly original at all, but it wasn't chosen from just one song. Ditto on the melody.
