Hook

Here's some fine songwriting, love that piano part, are the runs tracked over the changes? Sounds great! I listened on my phone yesterday but had to come back for a proper listen.

Because the Hook brings you back
I ain't tellin' you no lie
The hook brings you back
On that you can rely

A worth of waiting! This is excellent both musically and lyrically! The lyric is very paintinglike - I can almost see a image or painting of each line! The music track sounds so sweet - you've put every instrument well together!

Excellent song. Nice piano playing, and the trumpet and guitar adds a great Spanish feel. Great lyrics too.

A beautifully creative write and a lovely vocal performance.

As usual the mix is clean yet lively and spirited... with a perfectly manicured full sound scape and not a wasted bar.

Lovely movement to it.

Ditto that !

And the way they tap their

That is so true ! :D

That piano starts it off so excellent! Yup the lyrics and vocals are main focus for me.

This is a serious good tune.

Great song Greeny! You definitely paint the picture well with the trumpet and chord progression.  It's perfect.  The lyrics are well worth the read too. To me, this song is by an artist who describes his surroundings in a place that inspired him but also dives into descriptions and history of the characters in the story.  This is a hit Mr Greeny. Well Done!

I too am late getting to this but so glad I made it. A piece that brings the hot atmosphere of a Spanish bar into the living room. Superb all round performance.  Roscoe
