It's been a couple of musically productive days, some good, some bad, some indifferent but I quite like this. Could be for refugees everywhere.  Roscoe

Starships ready to sail again
They're riding on interstellar wind
Woman, children and grim faced men
Heading out and meeting on the rim

Strangers, are coming they're landing now
In the cities, the villages and the towns
Taking yeah taking all they need again
Stealing they're stealing our lives away

Hold the line
Please give us some time

To fly, right pass the sun
In the darkness of the night
Holding, hands and pray out loud
Out of darkness and into the light

Excellent ballad, Roscoe! I admire your ability how you jump from Rock tunes to gentle sounding ballad! Especially, i loved the solos! Nice harmonies, as well!

Hmm. Comparatively sombre in comparison to some of your other uploads, but hey, what a performance. This is the sort of heartfelt tune that you used to be able to find on the B-sides of vinyl 45s, and play incessantly. Great put-together and upload. Well done.  8)

Beautiful song Roscoe. I love the way the keyboard and backing vocals lift the first chorus.

Yes sir another gem of a tune, very well produced. I dig that thick & full sound yet each part is placed wonderfully in the mix. Your a super talented songwriter/producer my brother & I really enjoyed this one (& will again!)
