Don't

Think

About

The

Words

They

Are

Just

Noises

To

Make

With

Your

Mouth

And

Teeth

And

Tongue.

And nobody rip that last post off.  :D

Y'see, when written down like that, those words look like lyrics. So they are mine.  :P :P

That's subliminal and very, very clever Henny. As an acrostic poem it reads . . .

Dtat wtaj ntmw ymatat!

Sorry, I've got time on my hands  :o

I'll write a song with you any time you like.

And that goes for anyone else.

I'm a better lyricist than I am a muso, but I enjoy the whole lot.

I've come into a bit of muse at the moment and I can't keep up.

I'd be happy to sing through some of my lyrics (ie record myself singing just the words with a click track) to give you a sense of what they might sound like in a song and send them to you to flesh out musically.  You could do whatever you like with them.

I will not be insulted if you don't take this up.

regards,

Ian

BAG

As someone else has stated, try a different instrument.

About three months ago i got asked to play bass  when their bass player and singer had a falling out (at our gig next week, they say......glad they gave me all of a week to get it together). I'd dabbled a little with my acoustic bass over the past year but had never really gotten into it. Now I can't wait to finish work to have a play and i spend all week looking forward to the two rehearsal nights each week just to play more. I've bought a bargain price short scale Jag bass and it is just brilliant (for the price).
Just a roadie again.....
