no time to do anything no time to make sense no time.

random filaments
fuck with reality
string theory self determination
you can never predict
apathy
no it just seeps in
go figure it out for yourself
it's all totally nonsense
so how many flies does it take to screw in a light bulb?
just two
but how do they get in there?
two negatives make a positive
could i do that with my equity?
no
i didn't think so
cos there's one rule for you and another one for me
go figure it out for yourself
it's all completely random
how many surealists  does it take to pull the wool over your eyes
who to believe who to trust
if i knew that
christ i'd still know nothing
it's all up for grabs
it could go anyway

"Play because you love it. Don't worry about if it will ever make any money, just understand that playing is an end in itself, and you play music, it will make your life better. And, don't worry about being a star, don't worry about making money, worry about nothing, just sit down with your guitar and let it speak to you and that will make your life better. It will bring beauty into your life. It's a great thing to do."     ---- David Crosby

I listened to this on the train then lost the interwebthingy and couldn't comment.

Do like this, your stuff is being dug out of a rich seam at the moment - have you pinched Burtog's mojo?
We are here on Earth to fart around. Don't let anybody tell you any different

i have been listening to a lot of great new albums recently. aidan moffat and bill wells album "everything's getting older" has been a big inspiration, musically on this one tho not lyrically, but songs recently sung in heavy scottish accent deffo inspired by aidan moffat.

the new beck album morning phase, has been a big influence too.  as has digging out my bass guitar and dragging the juno di from under the bed. that and reading, eating drinking, shitting, living, watching  oh and no time to do anything no time to make sense no time.
