i was gonna keep on adding to this one, then the ghost of graham chapman appeared to me and told to stop being silly.
no one knows what you're doing
and no one really cares
for all we know you could be building a bomb up there
are you happy in your world
just left alone
to be getting on with all the stuff you do
are you happy in your lonely little world
are you lonely in your happy little world
are you happy in your lonely little world
are you ha ha ha ha ha ha happy
well no one ever goes in
and you never come out
tucked away inside what do you do
are you in there creating
or just sat there vegetating
watch the whole world sail right out of view
are you happy in your lonely little world
are you lonely in your happy little world
are you happy in your lonely little world
are you ha ha ha ha ha ha happy
no one knows what you're doing
and no one really cares
for all we know you could be building a bomb up there
are you ha ha ha ha happy
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha happy!

gosh i do look like mark. ;D ;D

the song is about obsessive teens that lock themselves in their bedroom. could be an audiophile, a songwriter even, an inventor or whatever it could be anything you want.

when i wrote it i was thinking of bob mortimer's norwegian son.

he's the one in the white shirt

just discovered he is actually norwegian. and very funny.

Missed this one some how,Nice one james, good to hear some happy lyrics  ;D ;D
Nice strumming,I remember one of the best intros vic and bob did was a cover of I'm in with the in crowd.
It started with vic dropping from the sky into a garden shed through the roof (a dummy) and bob came on with a shopping bag on wheels with some mad style get up on while vic appeared from the shed singing I'm in with the in crowd.
Brilliant.
