Now bear in mind that I wrote the words for this back in the nineties when I was a single lad in my twenties.

Musically a very interesting / unusual track - there is a lot of creativity in here. Don't mind the lyrics at all. Feels a bit 80's Human League or something?? Good work!

Yea I dig that dark, menacing, synth pop thing you got gong on here. I love the way the guitar doubles the vocal, very cool!

It's a track that started off life as a spanish / flamenco acoustic guitar experiment, which is where the A - A# chords come from.  I did try to do an acoustic coda in that style as an homage to the original, but it fell on its arse a bit so I left it out.  I agree about the Human Leage / 80's dark electronic feel, that was kinda deliberate.

Oh well ........

Yeah, I was always a fan of synth pop, probably because it was far removed from what I was playing at the time, you know, a change is as good as a rest. I do however still enjoy it loved this piece, excellent.  Roscoe

Nice intro. This turned even better when the vocal started! Well written and performed - nice and bit dark 80's vibe. Enjoyable listening!

Synths is right up my street and mixing them with conventional instruments in imaginitive ways just pushed every one of my buttons.

this is cracking - love the chord progressions - very retro but yet post retro :)

And I like the tracking of the vox with the guitar too.
