Thank you all :)

I'm planning on uploading another song tonight and might even break out my little 8-track and attempt to record something for Drinkfest over the week for the weekend.

Just as a side note/fun fact Lennon is not my real surname. It's my middle name. I did a Ray Charles kind of thing and adopted it for musical purposes.

I don't play, regularly or otherwise. I record myself making noises, using miserable lumps of wood that have wires streched along them. And then I forget about it...it helps to not have stuff in my head, so I put it in the internet, where the noises can bother other people...

Originally from Yardley, a Bluenose, but haven't lived in Brum for almost 15 years. Immensely proud of my roots, but christ, I couldn't live there anymore. Shithole. Now I can be found upon the Land's End Peninsula.

That's fair enough, it is pretty grim but it's my home town so I love it!

Nice work Craig.  I really enjoyed it.

BTW I'd be really happy if someone thought one of my songs was good enough to steal.

Very true... I'd probably let them steal it... bring it to the height of fame and then come out with a claim stating it was mine so I can live off of the royalties ;)

Nice to hear a guitar properly in tune.  Mine never are really.

I was picking up a bit of a Billy Bragg vibe in the vocal, which I wasn't expecting.

Good work, great to have you on board.

Thanks again all for the brillaint comments.

Just to pick up on something Nick_ODH said - Billy Bragg is another one of my big influences. All of the songs I have written so far I have experimented with them by using and electric but they always just sound better on acoustic.

I never got around to uploading another song like I said I would on the weekend but I will upload a new tune tonight. I have a gig on Saturday so I'm working on my new material and another new cover to add to my set.
