this is an old Irish song that was sung on the streets by children at play in Ireland way way back
even before my time  ;D ;D ;D
back in the days when children played on the streets -hopscotch -skipping -etc
the good old innocent days -long gone  :( :( :(
Anyway -the only changes to the song would be the city or town name
I think Van Morrison did a version way back -Belfast City
anyway
thanks for listening gang

Well done, love that irish flavor
Think about the link between this music and the country music at the origins

Very nice arrangement. I have mostly heard this as Belfast City but as a kid (in England), I'm sure I remember Windy City. As you say, changing the town or city name is fine.
