Hello again. It's been tooo long ...
Recently I decided to get off my arse & make some more (possibly) beautiful music.

I guess this is (specifically speaking) a cover version, as it was orignally performed by my good friend Voodoo John's last band Voodoo Hit Squad.
However the song was only ever performed once & not with completed lyrics.
I've always liked it, so got in contact with VJ & begged to do a cover.
He'd been leaving his guitar strings to rust for too long also, so threw himself into the project.
Lyrics were completed & Voodoo Sharks born.

I created the backing track (drums, bass, organ & rhythm guitar) using BR600, Zoom G3 & iPad.
VJ added lead guitar, rhythm guitar & vocals, using his Boss BR800.
Final version produced on my trusty Boss BR600 ... Then the icing on the cake ... A VJ Video

This is Price of Meat - Voodoo Sharks a somewhat macabre tale of what might happen when there's no chops in the shops!!

Thanks ... The macabreness (is that a word) is VJ at his best.
I can't write lyrics. They always end up "I love you & you love me & together we are soooo happy" etc, etc, etc  ;)

A little bizarro world on the lyric but a cool song nonetheless with some catchy guitar "chops"!
