The sorrow in the lyrics and vocals was very moving and beautiful to me.

The chords (which I love) give me a Pink Floyd kind of vibe. The re-recorded version has a darker edge, but I really like both. It would be interesting to mash the two up... have a clean, uncluttered start then layer it up as you go. It all revolves around those chords though, and they're fab. Beautiful work James.
