A new original. This is me on guitars, vocals and... harmonica ( :D), and Flash Harry on bass. Not sure how to categorize this one... kind of blues-folk-psychedelic-rock, lol. This is the 128kbps version - I'll post the 192kbps one on Soundclick tomorrow. Hope you like it  :)

Another great song. Seen two live acts recently at acoustic nights locally, The Mercury Men and Jon Gomm they seem to play all over the country in  acoustic music venues. I think your music would go down well in any of these venues. The Mercury Men where supporting Deacon Blue the night before at the Royal Concert Hall Glasgow. Your music is of the same quaility if not better so I think there must be a future for your type of music in the industry.

Great job. Well constructed, nicely played and recorded and great lyrics as usual. You have a great way of creating visual images with your lyrics that don't get corny. A bit alt.country perhaps?

BTW, do you know the Broken Family Band? There's some similarities in feel with their early stuff. That would be a great show, you and them on the same bill!

Cheers,

I don't know the Broken Family Band - I'll check them out. I like their name, so that's a good start!

Thanks for the nice comments, guys.

I thought there was a touch of 'When The Levee Breaks' by Zep in the main riff when I listened to it back for the first time...

Check out the "Cold Water Songs" album. They're an alt.country/indie band from Cambridge. You'll enjoy where that album is coming from.

Keep up the great work btw. Everyone here is so prolific! Don't know how you keep turning out so much high quality material, but I enjoy it.

You really stole the heart of Carolina with this one. Nice work. Really good mix too. Chorus and harmonica a premium feature. Can't wait to listen to it again...

Very nice indeed... I especially like the chorus vocal/harp harmony, very catchy too. I agree, people would LOVE this.
