So at first I thought it was a cute little song. But by the end I really liked it. Seriously. I don't know how you did it, but you made me a fan. Okay, I was already a fan so it wasn't that hard. But still, I liked it.

On the "now I've fucked up...." two lines I hear a staccato strum on the beat that would really set it off. At least it does in my head... which is mostly empty so it has the best reverb.

Great idea TC - would definitely add emphasis, I'll give it a go. It was a deliberately pretty (hopefully!) song and a carefully selected phrase (I thought it would be a good contrast). I love my new uke but my family all hate it!
