Just getting the drums and vocals?

Hiya,

Me and my guitarist friend are learning the song Funky Monks - RHCP, and we dont have a drummer to jam along with. Is there any way to put this song onto my MBR and just have the drums and vocals (not guitar, bass) playing?

You could download the midi file and record it from the Line Out jack of your computer's sound card to the Line In of your Micro BR, with the unwanted channels muted. Midi files don't have vocals but they usually have the vocal melody played with an instrument voice (sax, clarinet, etc).

If you only wanted the drums, you could import the midi file into Roland's free BR Rhythm Editor then capture the performance to a WAV file and import it into the Micro BR.
