I like this song, too. 64Guitars as some great advice on the production part. Keeping all the tracks well under red or the 0 db mark is a great idea, but two tracks that are relatively low added together *could* get you to near 0 and the more tracks you have the more problems that could present. It's an art, not a science, but some pretty easy work flow solutions should be easy to implement if you have the patience and time.
