Two Phased Chords

I wanted to try that phasing thing that Steve Reich does. I love that hypnotic effect he gets. It's my first attempt at phasing. I might try it with vocals or guitar next time.  This is just 2 chords on a synth.

It got my foot tapping but I don't think that I could say that I could "enjoy" this over a prolonged period.  I assume that the experiment would be used as contribution to a larger piece of music or as a "texture" under other instruments?

I've noticed that there is a lot more synth music on this site recently.  I like that.
