Loved it, Alfredo - I must confess I don't know the tune, but it sounds almost flamenco-ish to me.

Thanks you all!

Cuthbert, it's a slip jig in 9/8.

It's likely that it sounds someway more "mediterranean" regard the way a true Irish (not me...) would play it. Once I talked with the great Mairtin O'Connor about this topic, and he said that even if Irish music is today played worldwide, he could identify the geographical origin of the various musicians playing Irish music; and by his point of view, when an Italian (like me) plays this music, he does it in a more *rounded* way...difficult to explain, but I think it gives someway the idea...

For this one I was inspired (for the EADEAE guitar tuning too, guitar tuning that I love...), by the great Davey Graham, whom I was lucky to meet in the early Seventies.

Ciao!

Fantastic playing Alfredo! I like the way this moves at a fast pace and the acoustic tones are wonderful. Nice one!

Music comes from the soul Alfredo, our "essence" is what makes it unique and special.
