You know I almost bought one of these last week for $30

but I realized it didn't run on batteries. Drums in NSS is hand percussion, mintycoin drums (my own design) & my IPhone. Last summer I switched cars with my wife (Dodge Caravan Studios) so if that happens next summer there is a chance of adding the YDD60 into the mobile situation. Maybe I'm taking it a little too far!

You need voltage converter 12 v to 220 v (or which voltage you need)  connected into cigarette lighter. I run my computer on it in my cabin.

I have one actually but the next piece of gear for NSS is this

Maybe once I get the new radiator i can let it run whilst I record. Perhaps if gas were a bit cheaper also.

Maybe you should look into Solar Panels.

$11.25

I don't know anything about solar power. But the Boss PSA power adapter is 9 volts DC at 200 mA. So I would assume that any 9-volt solar panel rated at 200 mA or higher should work. However, the PSA adapter is regulated. I don't know how you regulate a solar panel, or if they're perhaps already regulated. I'd recommend getting some expert advice on this before trying it. But if you can find one that's safe for the Micro BR, it would give you free power for as long as the sun shines. Actually, I don't think it requires a lot of sunlight for it to work. So even if it was cloudy, it would probably work okay, especially if the voltage is regulated.
