As I have recently been trying slide guitar i tried to make a song out of some of the sounds I was making. It is a wee bit rough around the edges, but see what you think.

I just removed the original as I have reposted / remixed a bit further down... don't want the damn thing twice on the server.

I liked that a lot mike , not rough at all , didn't really need the swells or whatever the opening part was , to me it didn't fit into the overall theme of the piece , other than that excellent song

Nice tune and use of the slide. Builds up very nicely - excellent overlays of sound, enjoyed this lots.

Thanks also Facemask93 - i agree the keyboardy bit at the start doesn't work, i am in the process of removing it. I am going to lower the volume of the rhythm guitar about midway through it interferes too much and also adding reverb to the main lead slide guitar all the way through as on reflection i think it attacks the ears a bit too much... but apart from that pretty happy!
