Really hit the wall musically every thing I play seems to sound the same.( can,t even get a lyric for this)
It was my birthday recently so for a present my wife got my old tele serviced and repaired. This was the guitar that got thrown in a skip about 15 years ago
Well anyway I,ve always wanted it fixed up a bit so she took it to Strung Out guitars in King street Glasgow and they done a great job so here is how it sounds

The old Tele sounds and looks great SE! I'd say it was money well spent. Folks pay big money to get those vintage edge chips and scuffs added and yours is seasoned naturally. Cool!

Teles are lovely, they don't belong in skips. This one clearly doesn't and sounds lovely. Really had my feet tapping here and I loved hearing the classic Tele twang coming through loud and clear. Really enjoyed this, the second infectious instrumental I have listened to on the site today, nice job!

Hmmm ....I must start paying closer attention to the content of skips .......Just goes to show.....we're always looking for new gear (well I am n e way) and there might be something great staring us in the face.

Great Quo-esque riffing - positively drives along. And that's a tone that you just can't beat. This, right here, is why Telecasters are so wonderful! Glad you saved the old gal :-)
