I like notes that don't go together so this works really well. Not that weird really, it works beautifully and creates a great aural hook. Love the chord change leading into the guitar at about 2:49. Great vox as always, a lovely performance. The experiment worked really well.

Now if you had used this as the basis for a doom metal song with lyrics about devils and demons, that would have been weird....

All fits perfectly to my ears! That left-panned guitar motif just adds a nice little edge to the laid-back vocal. And the fat tone on that solo is a real peach. Really like it :-)

Excellent instrument arrangement and a story about life, well vocalized and put to music.

I think every person that listens to this song will see/hear/feel a piece of their life emerge from within it.
