to boost your pc memory is called system mechanic.12...by
iolo technologies..about 29 or less depending if it s on sale.
u may want to check it out. also i think they give u a trial

Hi Neil  (SS)  Thanks for the info - I have checked out the site - but decided that the money for some new Mac memory will be better spent on a new machine.  The current one would benefit from an upgrade - but I would like a bigger screen and a faster storage medium.

 And so pleased you liked my offering.
