The voices are a germany speech of the 2nd W.W. Downloaded with Ares.
Why don´t you like the sound of the drums?? Maybe you prefer a classic one, don´t you?

I like the dreamy ambience of the song, and the low-key / muted voice-over works well, but why Hitler? Is it an anti-facist song?
