Anyone else heard of Mick Ralphs??

I was stunned this morning...

First of all because a famous person followed me on Twitter.
Woo-hoo! etc... ;D ;D ;D

But then... trying to share this happy news with my work-colleagues...

NOBODY has heard of him!! ???

Even the people who are conceivably the right age...
....and some people hadn't even heard of the famous bands he was in!!! :o ::)

Shocked, stunned, and... ok... back to work...

Ah... the wonders of Google. Everyone will know his work, if not his name. That's a cool follower to have :-)

Of course I have!!! Mott and then Bad Company, mainly know him from Bad Company. My band at school used to (rather badly) cover Can't Get Enough". You are going up in m estimation even more!

It's even better if you say it in the style of a North American Native Indian :-)

(I can't take credit for it... it came from Vic Reeves, a British comedian).

bruno

Knew the name - had to look it up - guitarist with Paul Rogers - very cool :-)

One of my favorite meat and taters guitarists from one of my favorite bands.  Saw him first when he was supporting David Gilmour on his About Face tour.  Weird, huh?

Very cool.

AndyR

Well, he's still following me...

Looks like he's not that active, and has pretty much followed all the people who look like musicians in his list of followers.

He'll soon changed his mind if he starts paying attention to his timeline and it's clogged up with inane crap from a bunch of people he's never heard of (Oh, Henny, that's what twitter's about, btw).
