Name that tune.. ?

As i'm not working with a band at the moment,I have a piece of a tune that i thought of writing, that keeps coming back to me,but as in the past with the band someone could name it  [already written],,then i'd move on.. !  Just cannot seem to name it... anyone ?  Thanks  George

This chord progression and melody seems familiar but I can't think of a song that I've heard it in.

It doesn't remind me of anything - all I can hear are my own lyrics. Maybe it's like something you've previously written.

Ok   So far so good... yea,familiar i agree.. I wait a bit longer just to be sure,but i'd liked the melody so much,thought might be a good one. [it's honest that i do know]

Maybe a bit of "Hey Jude" in the descending piano line? But it's not exactly the same - sounds like it may be one of yours, then?

It sounds great, you should definitely pursue it (it's nice just to hear you and the piano btw)
