Thanks guys for all the kind comments, Les the drums are Sonars session drummer loops (some of Steve Lyons metal loops I think), it has been driving me crazy for over a month having the draft verse/ chorus down and not getting anywhere with the lyrics, I nearly opened it up for a collab! And the funny thing is the middle 8 was a last minute "this prog sounds Ok, chuck it in", and now that's my favourite bit!

Great drums, I like that synth line in the background too.  Nice lyric too, takes me back to my earlier agit-prop youth in some ways.

The only slight disappointment is that it wasn't a cover of the Belle Stars Sign of the Times.  I got over that quickly though.
