This one had me singing along about half a minute in, it kind of makes an instant connection and sounds familiar.

I like how the chorus chords match up with the verses and how you separate it using a different vocal melody and harmonies.

Great vocal delivery, smooth and controlled with a warm tone.

The icing on the cake is the lead guitar, that was singing to me too!
